Operated by MSU Extension and MDHS, the LIFT Network (formerly R&R Centers) supports rural families and providers across Mississippi:

• Free Lending Libraries: Families and early-education professionals can borrow age-appropriate books, toys, and learning materials at no cost (loan periods typically 14 days)
• Monthly Community Events: Drop-in playgroups, developmental screenings, and parent trainings are hosted in local hubs
• Family & Provider Support: Offers referrals to child-care options, professional development workshops, and access to “maker spaces” for curriculum prep (print/die‑cut/laminate)
